UberCARE is a product of Kin-Keepers Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the website at ubercare-dbhqnzhi.manus.space and related services that connect family caregivers (Kin-Keepers), elders, and remote caregivers.

Waitlist sign-ups. When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, role (Kin-Keeper, Elder, or Caregiver), optional WhatsApp number, preferred language, and the approximate country derived from your IP address. If you sign up on behalf of an elder we also record the relationship you indicated.

Referral activity. We generate a unique referral code for each sign-up and record how many people you refer and any bonus points earned.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and improve the service.

Cookies. We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you waitlist confirmation and onboarding emails via Resend.
• Notify you when early access opens for your role.
• Send optional nurture and referral reminder emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Display anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g. "128 families on the waitlist").
• Operate the referral leaderboard (first name and points only — no private data).
• Improve the website and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from UberCARE. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to be removed at any time.

We retain waitlist data for up to 3 years after the service launches, or until you request deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at [email protected].

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed session tokens, and access-controlled databases to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following sub-processors:

• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Manus / TiDB Cloud — hosting and database.
• ip-api.com / ipapi.co — IP-to-country lookup (no personal data stored by them).

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
