Terms of Service

By accessing or using the UberCARE website and waitlist service (the "Service"), operated by Kin-Keepers Ltd ("UberCARE", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

UberCARE is a pre-launch waitlist and information platform for a remote companionship service that connects family caregivers (Kin-Keepers), elders, and remote caregivers. The platform is currently in early access and no paid services are yet available.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the UberCARE platform or any specific pricing. We reserve the right to accept or decline any waitlist application at our sole discretion. Waitlist positions and referral points have no monetary value and are not transferable.

The referral programme awards priority points for referring new waitlist sign-ups. Points are awarded at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. fake sign-ups, automated submissions) will result in disqualification and removal from the waitlist.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the UberCARE website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Kin-Keepers Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. UberCARE is a pre-launch product and features described on the website are subject to change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kin-Keepers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kin-Keepers Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
